Yonex Volunteer Awards
You may or may not be aware of the Yonex Volunteer Awards. They
represent the opportunity for schools, badminton clubs, leagues,
associations, players etc to recognise the important role which volunteers play
within our sport. I am certain that every badminton organisation in
Devon has at least one person who does a massive amount of work to keep
that organisation going. This is the chance to nominate them for an
award by way of thanks and recognition for this work. Everyone enjoys
having their ego stroked a little, and nominating people for the Yonex
Volunteer Awards may act as a catalyst to encourage others to donate some,
or more of their time to badminton. You will see on the attachment
that there are a variety of categories to these awards, so please consider
all those you feel could fit into them.
